“Jeffer's intervention on a large international ERP project of which I was a member was extremely productive. In the project on which I had the benefit of Jeffer's expertise, he intervened in two important domains: 
- Organisation of project communication, training & change management planning/deliverables centered on project deployment to the user and support community. 
- Team building intervention. His contribution to the deployment deliverables was highly professional and pertinent. His approach elevated the concern above functional training by promoting a genuine awareness to the population as to WHY change is occurring and how it is individually beneficial. The team building intervention was one of the most effective and dramatic examples of a team building exercise to which I've ever participated. Previous to the daylong event that Jeffer designed and facilitated, the team had been gradually experiencing increasing internal conflict due to the team's extreme diversity at every level, despite all individuals' best intentions and efforts to collaborate. During and after the event the team was able to concretely identify the reasons for conflict, constructively address these problems and subsequently work with greater cohesion over the following months. The breadth and creativity of the workshops that Jeffer established were based around a top down examination of our individual and group instincts and motivations. He was successful in juxtaposing potentially volatile self-examination with trust building & tension releasing activities, resulting in the creation of a collaborative, non-threatening and very revealing environment. The tools and deliverables that Jeffer leveraged were specific and formal so that not only was relational transformation possible within the context of this particular project but the approach has remained available to me in the many projects and situations that have arrived over the subsequent years. I recommend Jeffer as one of the best in his field.”
