Coming out of the consulting industry, Jeffer has held many positions in professional development, organisational growth and change management. He has developed programmes for learning at Bayer, BT, CSC, Deloitte, EuroClear, GE, Glaxo Smith Kline, HP, Interpublic Group, NATO, Kurt Salmon, Philips, Tyco and the European Commission as well as many boutique agencies active in consulting, financial services, advertising and communications.

Jeffer has a Masters in the Science of Management from Boston University and is certified in Myers-Briggs, DISC, Thomas-Kilman, Belbin, Behavioural Interviewing and Project Management. He has been an MBA professor at The United Business Institute and is guest speaker at many universities. Fond of storytelling, Jeffer leads and participates in many storytelling events. Jeffer is also a member of Toastmasters and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Born and raised in America, Jeffer has lived in Japan, Spain and Italy before settling in Belgium in 1995. With an extensive portfolio of projects from across Europe, he now enjoys working with groups worldwide.
